This proposal formalizes the governance-ready version of Survey-107 and RFP Idea 107 by advancing a 7-tranche remediation schedule while directly incorporating community feedback. In particular, RFP-107:
- Maintains the originally approved <$10 dust threshold (no new or retroactive eligibility changes)
- Implements a 90-day claim window per tranche to address long-tail unclaimed balances
- Rolls unclaimed funds into subsequent tranches or returns them to the DAO treasury once all tranches conclude
- Preserves a phased approach to protect treasury sustainability and RDNT market health
