Until this is fixed, here is a workaround that should work fine by recreating the arbitrum network connection with a different rpc service.
Until this issue is fixed, the work around is as follows:
A) Delete existing Arbitrum (Step 1,2,3) by selection another network, then hover over Arbitrum to X it out.
B)Then re add Arbitrum manually (step 4, 5, 6) with parameters from 1rpc.io site (pasted here for convenience)
C) Flush 24 hrs worth of cache
Network Name: Arbitrum 1rpc or whatever...
New RPC URL:
Chain ID: 42161
Currency symbol: ETH
Block explorer URL (Optional):
Dont skip the cache flusing step. Google flush cache for your browser if instructions are needed
